- About Webster Justice Court
- Webster Town Court is a local court which deals with arraignments of all Felony, Misdemeanor, Violations & Traffic Infractions occurring within the Town and Village of Webster. The court handles bench and jury trials of misdemeanors and preliminary hearings involving felonies. Webster Town Court has Civil Jurisdiction for disputes up to $3,000.00. The Court also has a Small Claims part and a Landlord Tenant part.

- • Reconfigured Court Room to make proceedings easier to hear by gallery
• Instrumental in Webster Town Court being the first court in Monroe County to accept credit card payment of fines
• Instrumental in linking Webster Town Court with New York State's "e-Justice" website, a window's based criminal record's check. Webster was first Town Court in Monroe County to link to this system.
• Redesigned the Town Court's portion of the Town's website
• Moved Small Claims part to evenings at 6:00 p.m.
• Increased visibility of Webster Town Court by writing articles for Webster Town Times
• 19 written judicial decisions accepted for publication by the New York State Reporter for book and/or electronic format
• Publication of summaries of written judicial decisions in the Daily Record
• Publication of written decisions in the New York State Magistrate's Magazine
• Publication of written decisions in the Association of Towns of New York State Magazine, "Towns & Topics".
• Appointed Secretary of the Monroe County Magistrate's Association for 2005
• Assisted in obtaining computers for courtroom and chambers
• Obtained official Court Seal from NYS Office of Court Administration which has been installed in the Town's courtroom
